Week 10·Continuity

The Continuity Checkpoint

Doctrine: Chapter 7 — The Virtues in One Hand

The Claim

You are halfway. You have built stability and begun to deepen it. Now assess honestly — not with pride, not with shame, but with clarity.

This Week's Action

Run a four-virtue inventory and begin the weekly cadence.

Review the last five weeks through four lenses: Prudence (what have I planned?), Courage (what discomfort have I trained for?), Temperance (what consumption have I restrained?), Justice (what have I done for someone beyond my household?).

Be honest about where you're strong and where you're weak.

Begin the four-virtue weekly cadence: one small action per virtue, every week, tracked on four lines.

Update your Household Stability Plan to Version 2.

Reflection

Which virtue do I consistently avoid? What does that avoidance tell me about what governs me — comfort, fear, pride, or denial?
