The Litmus Test

Doctrine: Chapter 6 — False Preparedness

The Claim

You've spent thirteen weeks building capacity. Now ask the hardest question: Has this practice made me more human — or less?

This Week's Action

Run the full litmus test and take one corrective action.

Answer honestly, in writing: When I think about the future, do I feel calm resolve or agitation? Is my home more peaceful or more tense? Do I enjoy fantasies of superiority? Am I more capable of helping or more determined to refuse? Am I building skills and relationships, or only accumulating objects?

Trending paranoid: simplify, do one act of neighborliness.

Trending brittle: build resilience, not firepower.

Trending isolating: make one mutual-aid connection.

Trending proud: practice quietness; let readiness be invisible.

Reflection

Am I preparing to remain human — or to feel superior? Which version of me showed up over these weeks?
