The Claim
A plan that lives in one person's head is not a plan. Stability means your household can endure a two-week disruption without panic — and everyone knows their role.
This Week's Action
Write your Household Stability Plan (Version 1) and share it with your household.
Pull together everything from Weeks 1–4 into one page.
For each trigger (hunger, cold/heat, medical, cash): what "stable" looks like, the weakest link, what you've done so far, what still needs doing, who is responsible, where things are kept.
Title it Household Stability Plan (Version 1). Print it or write it by hand. Put it somewhere everyone can find it.
Have one conversation with your household about it. Not a lecture. A conversation. You are building shared awareness, not issuing orders.
Reflection
How did my household respond? What do they see that I missed? What does "Version 2" need?
